www.mwjds.org - Pest Control?Hello,
I recently moved to the Nobscott area of Framingham and am looking for a recommendation of someone/a local company to use for pest control. I was going to go with Terminix, but I've heard so many negative things! If anyone has any suggestions please email me at brwneyedgrl2004@yahoo.com
Thanks,
Annette - Replace Water Supply Connection for Better FlowAfter living in Woodcrest Acres for many years, we (finally) realized our low household water pressure was due to a crumbling water supply line. After about 40-years service, the old steel lines are falling apart and blocking water flow. The town will come to your house to test flow (for free), but the homeowner needs to pay for supply line replacement from the house to the curb valve. The town will provide you a listing of area contractors. Once that's completed, the town (upon request) will replace the section from the street main to the curb valve (at town expense), at which point you have a completely new line. Our flow is substantially better now (can't overemphasize the improvement!!) and we wish we did it years ago. Many Woodcrest Acres homes may already have done this replacement, but some may not and don't know this might be their problem (e.g., no shower flow when you flush the toilet?). Good luck!

MetroWest Jewish Day School is opening a Kindergarten Aleph program. This class is specifically designed for children 4 ˝ to 5 years old, who miss kindergarten cut off dates but are ready for a more enriching and structured program. They will enjoy a hands-on and nurturing teaching approach while being introduced to academics such as math, literacy, music, Hebrew, wellness and joint activities with older kindergarten students. This affordable full-day program will have after-care options. Kindergarten Aleph will fine-tune children’s readiness skills for kindergarten in a warm and diverse community school environment. Framingham residents are eligible for free bus transportation.
